Child Safety Policy
HiLink maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behaviour that endangers, exploits, or sexualises minors.
18+ Platform — Minors Must Not Use HiLink
HiLink is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to register or use the platform. If we detect an underage user, their account is immediately suspended and reported where required by law.
Zero Tolerance Standards
- Any sexual content involving or targeting minors is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities including NCMEC and Indian law enforcement.
- Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to gain personal information from minors are grounds for immediate permanent ban and legal referral.
- Any user found to be a minor will have their account immediately terminated.
- Content that glorifies, normalises, or jokes about child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited.
- Adults who misrepresent their age during signup face permanent suspension upon discovery.

Human Review
Every report related to minor safety is escalated to a senior human moderator immediately — automated queues do not apply.

Immediate Action
Accounts reported for minor safety violations are suspended pending investigation within 1 hour of the report.

Permanent Ban
Confirmed violations result in a permanent, unappealable account ban and device-level block.

Legal Reporting
We report CSAM and exploitation cases to NCMEC, Cybercrime.gov.in, and local law enforcement as required.
How to Report
If you encounter any behaviour or content that you believe involves a minor or endangers child safety:
- 1 Use the in-app Report button during or after any call — select "Minor Safety" as the reason.
- 2 Email our Grievance Officer at support@hi-app.in with "MINOR SAFETY" in the subject line.
- 3 You can also report online abuse involving minors to cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930.
