hi-app is a platform built on trust, respect, and genuine human connection. These guidelines apply to all users and hosts. Violating them may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.

1 Treat Everyone with Respect

hi-app is a place where people seek guidance, support, and meaningful conversations. Every interaction should be kind, empathetic, and professional.

  • Communicate politely and constructively at all times.
  • Respect differing viewpoints, backgrounds, and experiences.
  • Do not belittle, mock, or demean hosts or other users.

2 Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on hi-app:

Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any kind.
Sexual harassment, unsolicited explicit content, or nudity.
Hate speech targeting race, religion, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability.
Scamming, fraud, or any attempt to solicit money outside the platform.
Sharing or requesting personal contact information (phone numbers, social media, addresses).
Spamming, unsolicited advertising, or self-promotion.
Impersonating another user, host, or hi-app staff.
Any activity that violates applicable Indian law or regulations.

3 Protect Privacy

Respecting privacy is fundamental to trust on hi-app.

  • Do not record, screenshot, or share call sessions without explicit consent.
  • Do not share another user's or host's personal information publicly.
  • Keep conversations confidential and do not distribute shared content outside the platform.

4 Be Authentic

Trust is built on honesty. All users and hosts must represent themselves truthfully.

  • Use your real identity. Do not create fake profiles or impersonate others.
  • Hosts must not misrepresent their qualifications, expertise, or credentials.
  • Do not use bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact on the platform.

5 Safe & Appropriate Interactions

hi-app connects users with friends for meaningful conversations. Keep all interactions appropriate and within platform boundaries.

  • All communication must occur within the hi-app platform only.
  • Do not attempt to move conversations to external platforms or messaging apps.
  • Report any host or user who attempts to conduct transactions outside the platform.

6 Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately. Your reports help us maintain a safe community.

How to report:

We investigate all reports and take action where warranted. False or malicious reports are also a violation of these guidelines.

7 Enforcement

hi-app reserves the right to take appropriate action for violations of these guidelines, including:

  • Issuing a warning to the offending user or host.
  • Temporary suspension of account access.
  • Permanent ban from the platform.
  • Reporting to law enforcement where applicable.
