Welcome to HI and HiLink ("HI," "HiLink," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the HI / HiLink mobile application, website, and related services ("Platform").
By creating an account, accessing, or using HI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using HI immediately.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use HI. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- All information submitted is accurate and truthful.
- You are not prohibited from using online dating or social interaction services under any applicable laws.
Note: HI has the right to request identity or age verification at any time. Failure to comply may result in suspension or permanent removal.
2. Account Creation & User Obligations
You must create an account using a mobile number. Additional details such as gender, date of birth, photographs, and a verification selfie may be required.
You agree NOT to:
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent any information.
- Create multiple or fraudulent accounts.
- Share login credentials.
- Use the account of another user.
You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.
3. Community Guidelines
To maintain a safe and respectful environment, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, hate speech, bullying, intimidation, or abusive behavior.
- Coercion, blackmail, threats, or emotional manipulation.
- Sharing or requesting sexual or explicit content.
- Stalking, doxxing, or sharing personal information of others.
- Fraud, scamming, catfishing, or financial exploitation.
- Uploading offensive, violent, or disturbing media.
- Using the Platform for commercial, promotional, or illegal activities.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or banning.
4. Communication Features (Chat, Audio, Video, Live)
HI provides various interactive features including messaging, audio calls, video calls, and live sessions.
You agree NOT to engage in:
- Nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive gestures.
- Displaying drugs, weapons, hate symbols, or illegal activities.
- Sharing personal contact details (phone numbers, social accounts, addresses).
- Recording or distributing another user's content without permission.
Interactions must remain respectful and consensual at all times.
5. Coins, Payments & Virtual Gifts
HI allows users to purchase virtual coins, gifts, and premium features.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
- Coins have no monetary value outside the Platform.
- Attempting to cheat payment systems, conduct chargebacks, or exploit benefits may result in account termination.
- HI may modify or discontinue virtual items at any time.
6. User Content & License
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform. However, by posting content, you grant HI a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to:
- Store, display, reproduce, and moderate your content.
- Use your content to maintain Platform functionality and safety.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe upon intellectual property or rights of others.
7. Reporting, Safety & Moderation
Users can report inappropriate behavior, scams, harassment, or suspicious activity. HI may take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove content.
- Restrict messaging or calling features.
- Temporarily suspend or permanently ban accounts.
- Block device identifiers.
- Notify law enforcement where legally required.
HI is committed to maintaining a safe community but cannot guarantee all harmful behavior will be detected.
8. Offline Safety & Meetings
If you choose to meet someone offline:
- Always meet in a public place.
- Inform a friend or family member.
- Avoid sharing private details too early.
- Trust your instincts and leave if uncomfortable.
Disclaimer: HI is not responsible for behavior or outcomes of offline interactions.
9. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the Platform's settings.
HI reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts violating the Agreement.
- Deny reinstatement after serious violations.
- Retain necessary information for safety, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
Termination does not entitle users to refunds for any purchases.
10. Disclaimers
HI provides the Platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties regarding:
- Success in finding matches.
- Accuracy of user information.
- Uninterrupted service or error-free functionality.
- Security of data transmissions.
Use HI at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HI is not liable for:
- User behavior or misconduct.
- Losses arising from hacking, unauthorized access, or data breaches.
- Offline events or interactions.
- Loss of virtual goods or account data.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is discontinuing use of the Platform.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, at a location determined solely at the discretion of HI. By using the Platform, you consent to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the location or venue of such proceedings.

14. Refund Policy
At HiLink, we strive to provide the best experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchases on the platform.
14.1 Coin Purchases
All coin purchases on HiLink are final and non-refundable once the coins have been credited to your account and used in calls or interactions. Coins are a virtual currency redeemable only within the HiLink platform.
- Coins cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred to another account.
- Purchased coins that remain unused at the time of account closure are non-refundable.
- Coins obtained through promotional offers or bonuses are non-refundable.
14.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate transactions: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Payment processed but coins not credited: If your payment was deducted but the coins were not added to your account within 24 hours, you are eligible for a refund or credit.
- Unauthorised transactions: If a transaction was made without your knowledge or consent and you report it within 7 days of the transaction date.
14.3 Call Session Interruptions
HiLink does not guarantee uninterrupted call sessions. In cases where a call is disconnected due to a verified technical failure on our end:
- We may, at our sole discretion, credit coins equivalent to the unused portion of the call.
- Interruptions caused by the user's internet connection or device are not eligible for refunds or credits.
- Interruptions caused by the host's connection or device will be investigated and may result in coin credit to the affected user.
14.4 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with a host's personality, advice, or communication style.
- Voluntary early termination of a call session by the user.
- Account suspension or termination due to violations of our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.
- Refund requests raised more than 7 days after the date of the transaction.
- Coins that have already been consumed in call sessions.
14.5 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction:

Please include your registered phone number, transaction ID, date of transaction, and a brief description of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to the payment gateway's timelines.
14.6 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting HiLink support will be treated as a violation of these Terms. HiLink reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts associated with fraudulent chargeback claims. We work with payment processors to contest unauthorized chargebacks.
Note: HiLink reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Mentor Engagement & Independent Contractor Terms
⚠️ Platform Disclaimer: HiLink is a communication and mentorship platform only. Mentors are independent individuals and do not represent HiLink. The platform does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency services. Users should seek qualified professionals where appropriate.
15.1 Independent Contractor Relationship
Mentors, counsellors, hosts, advisors, and other service providers ("Mentors") using HiLink acknowledge and agree that they act solely as independent contractors and not as employees, agents, partners, representatives, or legal affiliates of HI / HiLink.
Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency, or fiduciary relationship between HiLink and any Mentor.
15.2 Mentor Responsibilities
Mentors are solely responsible for:
- The information, guidance, opinions, counselling, mentoring, or advice provided during interactions.
- Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical obligations.
- Obtaining and maintaining any licenses, registrations, certifications, qualifications, or permissions required for their activities.
- Ensuring that their conduct does not violate the rights of any user or third party.
15.3 No Professional Advice Guarantee
Unless expressly verified and designated by HiLink, Mentors are not acting on behalf of HiLink and any opinions, recommendations, guidance, or advice provided by Mentors represent their own personal views.
HiLink does not endorse, verify, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any advice, guidance, recommendations, statements, or representations made by Mentors.
15.4 Prohibited Mentor Activities
Mentors shall not:
- Claim to represent HiLink in any legal, medical, psychological, financial, or professional capacity.
- Provide medical diagnoses, legal advice, financial investment advice, or any regulated professional service without proper authorization under applicable law.
- Encourage illegal, harmful, discriminatory, abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe activities.
- Solicit payments outside the Platform.
- Request sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information beyond what is reasonably necessary for the interaction.
15.5 Taxation and Statutory Compliance
Mentors are solely responsible for their own taxes, GST obligations, professional taxes, statutory filings, social security contributions, and any other legal or regulatory requirements arising from earnings received through the Platform.
HiLink shall not be responsible for withholding, collecting, reporting, or paying any taxes on behalf of Mentors except where required by applicable law.
15.6 Indemnification by Mentors
Mentors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HI, HiLink, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, complaints, disputes, investigations, penalties, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- The Mentor's conduct or interactions with users.
- Any advice, guidance, counselling, recommendations, or services provided by the Mentor.
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- Breach of these Terms.
- Violation of any third-party rights.
15.7 User Disputes Involving Mentors
Any dispute arising between a user and a Mentor shall primarily be resolved between the user and the Mentor. HiLink may assist in reviewing complaints but shall not be responsible for the actions, omissions, statements, advice, or conduct of any Mentor.
15.8 Platform Rights
HiLink reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Review Mentor activities.
- Suspend or terminate Mentor accounts.
- Remove content or sessions.
- Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Recover losses suffered by HiLink due to a Mentor's misconduct or breach of these Terms.
15.9 Limitation of Platform Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiLink shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, claim, emotional distress, financial loss, or other consequences arising from interactions between users and Mentors or from any advice, counselling, guidance, recommendations, or opinions provided by Mentors through the Platform.
