Host/Creator Payout Policy

1. Eligibility for Payouts

To be eligible for payouts, hosts/creators must meet the following requirements:

Successful account registration and verification
Submission of valid payment details
Compliance with platform policies and community guidelines
Completion of any required KYC verification

Hi-App reserves the right to request additional verification documents whenever necessary.

2. Earnings Calculation

Host/creator earnings are calculated based on eligible user transactions made through the platform, including:

Digital coin usage
Subscription-based interactions
Paid calls or premium services (if applicable)

Platform fees, payment gateway charges, taxes, refunds, disputes, or penalties may be deducted before payout processing.

3. Minimum Payout Amount

Payouts will be processed only if the minimum payout threshold set by Hi-App is reached. Hi-App reserves the right to modify the payout threshold at any time.

4. Payout Schedule

Eligible payouts are generally processed within a specified payout cycle (daily/weekly/monthly) after successful verification and settlement. Actual bank credit times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking partner.

5. Verification and Compliance

Hi-App reserves the right to:

Review transactions before payout approval
Temporarily hold payouts for investigation
Reject suspicious or policy-violating transactions
Suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activities

6. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a transaction is refunded, disputed, reversed, or charged back, the corresponding earnings may be deducted from future payouts or recovered separately.

7. Taxes

Hosts/creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes related to their earnings received through the platform. Hi-App may deduct taxes if required under applicable laws or regulations.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

Hi-App may withhold or forfeit pending payouts if a host/creator is found to:

Violate platform policies
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Provide false information
Abuse the payout system

9. Changes to This Policy

Hi-App may update or modify this Payout Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
