How to Submit a Report

In-App Report (Fastest)

Open the host or user's profile → tap the three-dot menu (⋮) → select "Report". This sends an immediate alert to our moderation team.

Report by Email

Email us at support@hi-app.in with the subject line "Report: [Issue Type]". Include as much detail as possible — screenshots, user IDs, and dates help us act faster.

What happens after you report?

  • • We review every report within 24 hours (urgent safety issues within 4 hours).
  • • We may contact you for more information if needed.
  • • We take action based on our Community Guidelines — warnings, suspension, or permanent bans.
  • • All reports are confidential. The reported user will not know who reported them.
